• Holds a Doctorate degree in economic geology, has more than 20 years experience in mining exploration and has held senior positions with number of public mining companies. He is the recipient of several honours and awards in academia, he is popular quest lecturer and author of numerous scientific articles. He is also President and CEO, and Director of Sulliden Exploration Inc (SUE) and CEO of Minera Sulliden Shahuindo S.A.C. in Peru.

Michel Lemay
Director and Operation Manager
• He has an extensible experience in management of publics companies, his past experience includes positions as President of Arenagold Resources inc, Searchgold Resources inc and Mirabel Resources inc. Graduates as engineering technician in 1973, he has worked in business managements during 18 years and has acted as a consultant in logistic and management of majors mining projects in West Africa and Canada. He has participated to many missions in business development in foreign countries and has directed financials mining operations in diamond and gold research during 8 years.

André Shareck
Director
• Since 1996, Mr. André Shareck is partner with Redbourne Properties Inc. From 1987 to 1996, he was senior manager, Real Estate financing for National Bank of Canada. Mr. Shareck holds a Bachelors degree in geology as well as a Masters degree in chemistry from the Université du Québec à Montréal since 1980 and 1983. In 1985, he completed a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, from HEC-Montreal

Pierre Carrier

• Mr. Pierre Carrier is a geologist and since 2003 is president of Opsens Inc. a manufacturer of fiber optic sensors. He was President and director of Roctest Inc. (the securities of which are listed and posted for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange) from 1996 to 2000
